Basic Concepts
  Personal Data Protection Act, i.e. Law No. 8/ 2005, lays down regulations for the processing and protection of personal data. The Act is applicable to most processing of personal data, but not applicable to those carried out by natural persons and confined to personal or family life activities without engaging in systematic communications or dissemination, such as family videos and photographs which are shared among family members or relatives.
